Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Monitor labor productivity and ensure work is completed as per drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurement books.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Assist in billing, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation.
- Track material requirements and coordinate deliveries.
- Attend client and consultant site inspections.
- QualificationsDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–3 years of construction site experience.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity estimation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
