Job Opening: HR Manager / HR Generalist

Kumar and Associates, a management consulting firm with a small office team of 10–15 employees, is looking for a responsible and proactive HR Manager / HR Generalist to handle hiring, onboarding, and regular HR operations.

The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, job posting, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, joining formalities, employee documentation, attendance, leave records, HR files, and day-to-day employee coordination. The role also includes supporting management in maintaining office discipline, employee communication, policy implementation, exit formalities, and full & final settlement coordination.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, confidence in handling employees, and the ability to work independently in a small office setup. Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, email communication, and documentation is preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred
