HDFC LIFE insurance hiring for Sales Development managers/ Buisness Development managers & Assistant sales manager
Qualification criteria - Degree pass& Above
Age criteria - Min 21 yrs to Max 42 yrs
Localite only preffered
Two wheeler is mandatory
SDM - Min 1 years sales exp is must ( 3.5 Lpa )
BDM - Min 2 years sales exp is must( 4 Lpa)
ASM - Min 3 years of sales exp out of which min 1 year should be in Bfsi sales( 4.5 LPA)
- Recruitment of agents from Open market & generating life insurance business through agents
- IRDA licensing of agents
- Joint sales calls with agents
- Business generation through agents
- Target achievements through agents
