Job Description
Field collection executive : Leading gold buying looking for candidates who should be on the field and work on gold release and buying.
Job Summary:As a Field Collection Executive at Kalyani Gold Company,you will be responsible for visiting customers to buy pledged or physical gold . The role involves regular field visits to buy pledged or physical gold, strong customer interaction, and timely reporting.
- Key Responsibilities: Visit gold pledge outlets and release pledged gold .
- Collect payments (cash, cheque, UPI) and issue receipts as per company policy.
- Maintain daily collection records and submit accurate reports to the store or regional manager.
- Ensure all collections are deposited as per company procedures and timelines.
- Coordinate with the in-store accounts team for reconciliations.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure ethical collection practices.
- Meet monthly collection targets set by the management.
