Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained throughout the hotel. The role involves inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and coordinating daily housekeeping operations to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests.
Coordinate room cleaning status with the Front Office Department.
Ensure timely preparation of rooms for guest check-in.
Monitor deep cleaning schedules and special cleaning tasks.
Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
aintain housekeeping reports and inspection records.
Prepare daily room status reports.
Record lost and found items as per hotel procedures.
Submit manpower, inventory, and maintenance reports to management.
