Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage rooftop & ground-mounted solar projects
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
  • Coordinate with design team for system layouts and engineering drawings
  • Manage installation teams, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality norms
  • Liaise with clients, DISCOMs, and government authorities for approvals & net metering
  • Support commissioning, testing, and handover of projects
