Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to manage customer inquiries, generate sales, and promote our products through various online and social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, website inquiries, and supporting digital marketing activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, website leads, and other online sources.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Manage customer communication and provide product information.
• Create basic product videos and promotional content.
• Post and promote products on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Maintain records of customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
