Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Support & Order Coordination Executive to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

Calling leads provided by the company and assisting them with their inquiries.

Tracking customer orders and providing updates on shipment status.

Coordinating with customers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Handling customer queries professionally and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Following up with customers when required.


Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday

10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

30-minute break during working hours


Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customer calls and order-related tasks efficiently.

Polite and customer-friendly attitude.
