Gtech Web Solutions is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in handling sales teams, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Sales Team Leader/Assistant Manager in Sales

✅ Experience in BPO Sales, Website Sales, Software Sales or Banking Sales preferred

✅ Experience in handling a team of 15+ agents

✅ Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills

✅ Graduate in any discipline

✅ Immediate joiners preferred

✅ Male candidates preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
• Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Develop strategies to improve sales conversion and revenue
• Track team KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales
• Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
