🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities:

     • Take sketches and initial architectural designs created by the Principal, Project Manager, or Supervisor and create hard-liner drawings from them in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Create photorealistic renderings in Revit to express design ideas to project stakeholders.

• Accurately measure and then draw existing field conditions in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Assist in the completion of document packages as part of project milestone submissions.

• Should have knowledge of Google sketch up, 3Ds Max, & Lumion, 3D Walkthrough will be an added advantage.

• Strong proficiency in Revit is a necessity, including the use of all 3D modelling tools and 2D annotation tools.

• Applicants must be comfortable using Word and Excel as well

• Researches, plans, designs and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.

• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.

• Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.

• Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.

• Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.

• Interfaces with Director of Architecture and project managers.

• Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.

• Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

🎓 Qualifications:

* B.Arch And M.Arch

* Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience as a Architect in on site 

💼 Industry: Retail / Construction

 ⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / 15 days
