Job Title: Site Supervisor – Restroom Cubicle Installations

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the installation of restroom cubicles, toilet partitions, and related hardware at project sites. The ideal candidate should have a background in interior fit-outs or similar construction activities, with a strong focus on precision, safety, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise day-to-day site activities related to cubicle/partition installation.

· Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

· Inspect delivered materials and ensure quality compliance as per specifications.

· Allocate work to fitters/installation teams and monitor performance and productivity.

· Read and interpret architectural drawings/shop drawings to guide installation.

· Ensure all installations are completed to company standards and project timelines.

· Report daily progress, site issues, and material requirements to management.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

· Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.

· Conduct quality checks and final handovers with clients.

Requirements:

· Proven experience (2+ years) in site supervision, preferably in restroom cubicles, partitions, or similar fit-out projects.

· Strong knowledge of tools, hardware, and installation techniques.

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings and site layouts.

· Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to travel to various project sites.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams/sites.

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, email communication).

Preferred Qualifications:

· Diploma/ITI in Civil, Interior Design, or related field.

· Familiarity with restroom partition systems like HPL, Phenolic, Compact Laminate, etc.

· Experience working with contractors, architects, and builders.
