Job Details
Position: Technical Sales Executive
Industry: BPO / IT Support
Shift: Night Shift (USA Process)
Timing - 9 Pm to 6 Am
Location - Netaji Subash Place, Delhi
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Transportation: No cab facility
Meal: Dinner provided at the office
**Salary:** Up to **15 to 20% growth** over your current salary (based on your skills and interview performance)
Job Responsibilities
Speak with customers over phone.
Understand and troubleshoot computer-related issues.
Provide technical support for Windows and Mac systems.
Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical problems.
Communicate professionally with US-based customers over phone.
Requirements:
Good spoken English is mandatory.
Basic computer and technical knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in the USA night shift.
