Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Project Manager to lead software, AI, IoT, and industrial automation projects. The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to visit client sites, understand business processes, gather and analyze project requirements, and prepare a detailed project scope. After finalizing the requirements with the client, the Project Manager will plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor the project, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Visit client sites to understand business processes, operational workflows, and project requirements.

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders to identify business and technical needs.
• Analyze client requirements and prepare the Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Specification (FRS), project scope, and implementation plan.
• Coordinate with the software, AI, IoT, automation, and design teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare project timelines, resource plans, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Lead the project from initiation through successful completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide project status updates, progress reports, and implementation plans.
• Manage change requests, document revisions, and ensure proper approval before implementation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), project deployment, client training, and project handover.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Support post-implementation activities, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
