Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee documentation, HRMS updates, employee engagement activities, performance management support, training coordination, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, handling employee queries and grievances, coordinating with various departments, and supporting overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and HR software, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.
