Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Callers to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided data.
- Explain company projects, offers, and investment opportunities professionally.
- Generate genuine sales leads and schedule site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM accurately.
- Handle customer queries and provide project-related information.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead handover and closures.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply. Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Preferred SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling customer objections.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
