M/s Ultra Marine was established in 2009 with the objective of providing complete customized solutions and high-quality services in the field of Engineering and Ship Repairs. Since its inception, the company has continuously expanded its operations. Our Head Office is located in Mumbai, with fully equipped branch offices and workshops at Karwar and Visakhapatnam. We also have site offices at CSL Kochi, GSL Goa, and GRSE Kolkata, along with satellite branches at Chennai, Porbandar, and Port Blair.

Ultra Marine has a workforce of approximately 450 employees with in-house expertise in undertaking Hull, Engineering and Electrical works onboard Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard platforms.

The company has consistently achieved both physical and financial growth, with a current annual turnover of approximately ₹70 Crore (FY 2025–26), which is expected to increase further in the coming years.

Educational Qualification (Graduate Engineer)

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Naval Architecture Engineering from a recognized University or AICTE-approved Institution.

B. Safety Officer

Educational Qualification

• Two-Year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized University or AICTE-approved Institution.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Shipyards.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Candidates must be computer literate.

C. HR Officer

Educational Qualification

• MBA (HR) / Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) / Diploma in Industrial Management / Personnel Management from a recognized University or AICTE-approved Institution.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Candidates must be computer literate.

D. AutoCAD Engineer

Educational Qualification

• Three-Year Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with Draftsman/AutoCAD certification.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Candidates must be computer literate.

E. Store In-Charge / Store Keeper

Educational Qualification

• Three-Year Diploma in Store/Material Management, or
• Retired Chief Petty Officer (Mechanical) / Chief Petty Officer (Store) from the Indian Navy, or
• Retired Adhikari (Mechanical) from the Indian Coast Guard.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification/work experience.
• Candidates must be computer literate.
• Knowledge of store management procedures is essential.
