Job Description

  • Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
  • Experience: 2 to 6 Years in API / Bulk Drug Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
  • Core Core Expertise Needed:
  • Hands-on experience with Hydrogenation (HDGn) operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of operating Distillation Columns and solvent recovery systems.
  • Familiarity with handling plant equipment under DCS (Distributed Control System) and logging data via ERP/SAP systems.
  • Batch Execution: Safely executing batch manufacturing activities strictly as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and production schedules.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Operating and closely monitoring critical API equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and associated process utilities.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring contemporaneous entries in BMR/BPR while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP, data integrity guidelines, and EHS norms.
  • Shift Operations: Managing and supervising shop-floor operators and technicians during rotational shift operations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinating effectively with QA, QC, and Engineering teams for sample submissions, deviations, and breakdown maintenance
