About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage daily marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and our website. The candidate will ensure smooth order processing, accurate invoicing, quality control, return management, inventory coordination, and timely dispatch.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOrder ProcessingProcess daily orders received from all online marketplaces.
• Generate invoices and shipping labels accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for timely packing and dispatch.
• Ensure all orders are shipped within marketplace SLA timelines.
• Return & Replacement ManagementHandle customer returns, replacements, and cancellations.
• Inspect returned products and classify them as saleable or damaged.
• Coordinate with marketplaces for reimbursement and claim settlements.
• Maintain return records and prepare weekly reports.
• Quality Control & LabellingPerform quality checks before dispatch.
• Ensure products are clean, damage-free, and correctly packed.
• Verify barcode labels, FNSKU labels, MRP stickers, and branding labels.
• Report manufacturing or packaging defects to the production team.
• Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records.
• Reconcile physical inventory with marketplace inventory.
• Inform the procurement/production team about low stock levels.
• Monitor reserved, damaged, and returned inventory.
• Invoicing & DocumentationGenerate GST-compliant invoices.
• Maintain order, dispatch, and invoice records.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliations.
• Ensure documentation complies with company policies.
• Marketplace OperationsMonitor order status and shipping performance.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery issues.
• Track seller performance metrics and maintain high service levels.
• Escalate operational issues to the reporting manager.
• ReportingPrepare daily reports on:
• Orders processed
• Pending dispatches
• Returns received
• Inventory status
• Courier issues
• Customer complaints
• Skills RequiredGood knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Basic knowledge of GST invoicing.
• MS Excel proficiency.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Preferred QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
• Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)100% order processing accuracy.
