The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telesales Executive to serve as a vital frontline voice for our organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth by initiating contact with prospective clients, managing the sales pipeline from start to finish, and successfully closing deals. - Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Lead Generation: Proactively source and initiate contact with cold prospects to introduce our integrated security and facility management services.
- Client Communication: Clearly and persuasively articulate value propositions, engaging key corporate decision-makers over the phone.
- Quotation & Proposal Management: Draft, format, and send accurate, tailored commercial quotations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Meeting Execution: Seamlessly coordinate, schedule, and execute introductory meetings between qualified clients and our senior business development team.
- Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead Management: Maintain highly organized and up-to-date records of all leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline status.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience: Proven track record in telesales, cold calling, or inside sales (B2B corporate sales experience is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong telephone presence.
- Resilience: High level of self-motivation, persistence, and the professional maturity to handle rejection.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting professional business emails, creating basic proposals, and utilizing lead management software or CRM tools.
