Job SummaryStar Media Network Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Client Relationship Manager (CRM) responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and generating revenue through meetings, networking, and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to convert meetings into business opportunities.

  • Key Result Areas (KRA)Business DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities through client meetings and networking.
  • Develop relationships with brands, advertising agencies, production houses, event companies, schools, and corporate clients.
  • Pitch company services including casting, production, advertising, talent management, workshops, and media solutions.
  • Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities.
  • Client MeetingsConduct scheduled client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups and business closure.
  • Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Convert leads into paying clients and long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.
  • Increase repeat business from existing clients.
  • Account ManagementMaintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with operations, casting, and production teams for smooth execution.
  • Reporting & CRM ManagementMaintain records of meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Submit daily activity reports and weekly business reports.
