Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, taxation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally
• Handle GST compliance (returns filing, reconciliation, invoicing)
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings
• Prepare and assist in Income Tax filings and compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Generate monthly financial reports and MIS
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with CA and auditors for audits and filings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate / construction industry accounting
• Familiarity with financial reporting and MIS preparation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Key Attributes: High level of accuracy and accountability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
