Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our day-to-

day operations across Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, and Website Management. The

ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, coordinating with multiple

stakeholders, monitoring online platforms, and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Quick Commerce Operations

 Monitor and track pricing of all live SKUs across Quick Commerce platforms such as

Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Dmart Ready, and others.

 Identify pricing discrepancies and report deviations to the concerned team.

 Maintain daily records of SKU prices, stock availability, promotions, and visibility.

Sales & Data Management

 Update daily sales reports in prescribed formats.

 Compile and maintain sales, inventory, and performance data from various platforms.

Logistics Coordination

 Coordinate with transporters for dispatch and delivery of consignments.

 Follow up on shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues.

 Coordinate with Quick Commerce operations teams and warehouse partners to ensure

timely receipt of stocks.

 Track and update delivery schedules and proof of deliveries.

Required Skills

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

 Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

 Good communication and coordination abilities.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

 Basic understanding of e-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.

 Experience with data reporting and MIS preparation is preferred.

Qualification

 Graduate in any discipline.

 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Back Office, MIS, E-commerce, or Logistics

Coordination preferred.

 Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may also apply.
