Job Description

  • Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring productivity and performance
  • Must have strong experience in personal loan/overdraft telesales operations
  • Handle clients and oversee leads generated by the team
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding cases and documentation
  • Guide clients through processes and provide regular status updates
  • Resolve customer queries and issues related to products and services
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and improving conversions
  • Monitor daily activities, performance metrics, and team output
  • Provide training, motivation, and guidance to team members
  • Must have hands-on experience in both team handling and cold calling
