We're Hiring: Plant Manager | Home Appliances Industry
Brothers Bond HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Plant Manager for a leading Home Appliances company.
📍 Location: Sonipat / Rattangarh
🎯 Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Home Appliances industry
💰 Compensation: As per market standards
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as Plant Manager or senior production role in Home Appliances manufacturing
• Strong expertise in production planning, quality control, and plant operations
• Skilled in manpower management and shop floor discipline
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety compliance
• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day plant operations and drive production targets
• Ensure quality standards and process compliance
• Oversee manpower planning, shift scheduling, and training
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams
• Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure safety and statutory compliance at the plant
