Job Description

Packing Machine Operator / Machinist (Horizontal Flow Wrap) का मुख्य कार्य Horizontal Flow Wrap पैकिंग मशीन का संचालन, सेटिंग, निगरानी एवं रखरखाव करना है, ताकि उत्पादन सुचारु रूप से चले और सभी उत्पाद निर्धारित गुणवत्ता एवं सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुसार पैक किए जा सकें।

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities):Horizontal Flow Wrap पैकिंग मशीन का संचालन एवं निगरानी करना।
  • विभिन्न उत्पादों के अनुसार मशीन की सेटिंग एवं एडजस्टमेंट करना।
  • मशीन में आने वाली छोटी-मोटी तकनीकी समस्याओं का समाधान करना तथा आवश्यकतानुसार रखरखाव करना।
  • पैक किए गए उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता एवं पैकिंग की जांच करना।
  • उत्पादन लक्ष्य के अनुसार मशीन का कुशलतापूर्वक संचालन करना।
  • मशीन की साफ-सफाई एवं कार्यस्थल की स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
  • सुरक्षा (Safety), गुणवत्ता (Quality) एवं कंपनी के सभी नियमों का पालन करना।
  • उत्पादन एवं मशीन संचालन से संबंधित रिकॉर्ड तैयार करना।
  • आवश्यकता पड़ने पर मेंटेनेंस एवं प्रोडक्शन टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
  • योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ (Requirements):न्यूनतम 10वीं/12वीं या आईटीआई/डिप्लोमा (Mechanical या संबंधित ट्रेड वरीयता)।
  • Horizontal Flow Wrap पैकिंग मशीन चलाने का अनुभव वांछनीय।
  • मशीन संचालन एवं बेसिक मैकेनिकल ट्रबलशूटिंग का ज्ञान।
  • उत्पादन एवं गुणवत्ता मानकों की समझ।
  • शिफ्ट में कार्य करने की क्षमता।
  • टीम के साथ कार्य करने एवं समस्या समाधान की अच्छी क्षमता।
