Position: MIS Executive

Department: Operations / Finance / Administration

Reports To: MIS Manager / Operations Manager

Location: Shankar Nagar

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary

The MIS (Management Information System) Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting business data to support management decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, managing databases, ensuring data accuracy, and generating insights through Excel and other reporting tools.

• Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

• Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
• Generate dashboards and performance reports using Excel and BI tools.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
• Track key business metrics and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
• Maintain records and documentation related to MIS activities.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis requirements.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Macros).

• Good understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Google Sheets, SQL, or other reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets and work under deadlines.
