Khana Kreations Pvt. Ltd. is building food brands with a purpose. Through Gully Guccha – North Ka Asli Scene, we bring authentic North Indian street food and meals to Bengaluru while creating meaningful employment opportunities for passionate young people.

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Restaurant Manager who enjoys interacting with guests, leads from the front, and takes complete ownership of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by actively engaging with customers, building relationships, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to consistently deliver high service standards.
• Operate the billing POS system accurately and ensure proper cash handling and daily closing.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, receiving, and wastage control.
• Coordinate with vendors and the central kitchen to ensure uninterrupted supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and SOP standards.
• Monitor daily sales, labour productivity, and operating costs.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and maintain all restaurant records.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a QSR, café, or casual dining restaurant.
• Strong people and customer service skills.
• Extroverted personality with excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with guests.
• Hands-on experience with restaurant POS and billing systems.
• Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.
• Comfortable working on a laptop and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
