Job Description

Profile: Customer Support Executive - Tata 1MG Lab (Blended Process)

Location: Secter 62, Noida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
  • Update customer records in the system

Eligibility:

  • UG: ₹15,000 Salary
  • Graduate: ₹16,000 Salary
  • 3 - 4 Months BPO Experience Required
  • Versant Score: V4 & Above

Shift:

  • Male: 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Rotational)
  • Female: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
