Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Build strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.

Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and referrals.

Support online order processing when required.
