Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Team Leader to manage and drive a team of telesales executives for Business Loan sales. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in outbound sales, and a proven track record of achieving team targets in the BFSI sector.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor daily calling activities, productivity, and conversion ratios.
• Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure effective lead management and follow-up to maximize conversions.
• Train new team members on products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and sales quality.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in telesales/team handling, preferably in Business Loans, Personal Loans, or BFSI products.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in SME Lending, Business Loans, Merchant Cash Advance, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience in managing a telesales team and achieving revenue targets.
