Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Systems Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software and hardware solutions for real-time systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in microcontrollers, embedded C/C++, RTOS, device drivers, communication protocols, and debugging embedded applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded software for microcontroller and microprocessor-based systems.
  • Develop firmware using C/C++ for real-time and resource-constrained environments.
  • Implement and optimize device drivers, bootloaders, and middleware.
  • Work with hardware engineers to integrate software with electronic circuits and peripherals.
  • Develop and maintain communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet, and BLE.
  • Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation of embedded systems.
  • Optimize memory usage, power consumption, and system performance.
  • Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system-level tests.
  • Analyze and resolve firmware defects and field issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.


Technical Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++.
  • Experience with ARM Cortex-M/A, STM32, NXP, TI, ESP32, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, ThreadX, VxWorks, etc.).
  • Experience with communication protocols:
  • UART
  • SPI
  • I2C
  • CAN/CAN-FD
  • USB
  • Ethernet
  • Understanding of embedded Linux systems and device driver development.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools such as JTAG, GDB, Logic Analyzer, Oscilloscope, and Protocol Analyzers.
  • Knowledge of software version control tools (Git).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
