- Quantity, quality aur part code check karna
- GRN preparation aur inward entry maintain karna
- 2. Store Inventory ManagementRaw material, consumables aur finished goods ka proper stock maintain karna
- FIFO/FEFO follow karna
- Daily stock monitoring aur shortage/excess report karna
- 3. Material Issue & DispatchProduction departments ko material issue karna as per requirement slip
- Proper issue entry maintain karna
- Dispatch material packing aur documentation coordinate karna
- 4. ERP / Software EntrySAP/ERP/HR Eye me stock entries update karna
- Inward, outward aur transfer entries timely maintain karna
- System stock aur physical stock ko match rakhna
- 5. Stock Audit & DocumentationPhysical stock verification karna
- Monthly stock audit support karna
- Store records, gate pass, challan aur invoices maintain karna
- 6. CoordinationPurchase, Production, Quality aur Accounts team ke saath coordination
- Urgent material requirement ko timely arrange karna
- Vendor follow-up me support dena
- 7. Store Discipline & SafetyStore area ko clean aur organized rakhna
- Material labeling aur rack management maintain karna
- Safety norms aur 5S activities follow karna
