ERP Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with business processes, and providing technical support for ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Design, develop, and implement ERP solutions as per business requirements.

2.Customize ERP modules (such as HRMS, Finance, Inventory, Sales, or Payroll) to meet organizational needs.

3.Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

4.Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for ERP databases.

5.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.

6.Ensure data integrity, security, and smooth migration during ERP updates or upgrades.

7.Assist in the integration of ERP with other internal systems or third-party applications.

8.Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2.2–3 years of experience in ERP development and support.

3.Strong knowledge of SQL, database management, and data analysis.

4.Experience in ERP modules like HRMS, Finance, Inventory, or similar.

5.Ability to customize ERP workflows, forms, and reports.

6.Familiarity with ERP programming languages/tools (e.g., ABAP, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Tally, or relevant ERP platform).

7.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

8.Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

1.Exposure to ERP integration with other systems.

2.Knowledge of business process management and automation.

3.Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
