- ✅ Job Responsibilities:Handle outbound calls for SBI credit card customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and collections.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Update customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.
- 🎓 Eligibility:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
