Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are hiring Loan Recovery Executives to manage and recover outstanding loan payments from customers. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills to ensure timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:Contact customers through calls and follow-ups regarding overdue loan payments.
  • Explain outstanding dues and repayment options to customers.
  • Negotiate payment plans and encourage timely repayments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.
  • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during recovery activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and account resolutions.
  • Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets
