Designation: Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (PA/EA)

 

Job Location: Ahmedabad

 

Reports to: Director

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and professional Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, discretion in handling confidential matters, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.

• Handle email management, correspondence, and follow-up communications.

• Coordinate social engagement activities and stakeholder interactions.

• Plan and manage annual events and special initiatives.

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.

• Maintain records, documents, and confidential information.

• Provide administrative support and coordinate with a team of approximately 10 employees.

• Assist in day-to-day executive and office management activities.

 

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and persuasion skills.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in email management, and business correspondence.
