Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Direct Sales Manager to generate new business through self-sourcing, references, and company-provided leads. The candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process through field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and field activities.
• Convert leads into successful policy sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Maintain and update lead trackers, sales trackers, and customer records.
• Use digital sales tools and applications for policy sales and customer servicing.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
• Create awareness about insurance products and provide need-based solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Graduation is mandatory.
• Age should be 30 years or below.
• Local candidate with a strong social network.
• Willingness to work in field sales and travel extensively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred).
