Job Description

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting and Financial Management

  • Maintain and manage general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of accounts.
  • Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
  1. Tax Compliance and Filing

  • Prepare and file all types of tax returns, including income tax, GST/VAT, payroll taxes, and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
  • Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with government regulations.
  • Handle tax audits and inquiries from regulatory authorities.
  1. Advanced Excel Functions

  • Use advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas) to analyze financial data.
  • Automate recurring accounting and reporting tasks.
  • Build financial models and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.


  • Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or CA certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in advanced Excel functions and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
