Job Description

Responsibilities (cleaning office, serving tea/coffee, filing documents, errands, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office.

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.

Assist with office errands and courier dispatch/collection.

Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks.

Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.
