Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on performance marketing initiatives aimed at generating qualified leads, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI for both internal and client campaigns.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementPlan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Programmatic Platforms
- Other relevant digital channels
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
- Performance OptimizationMonitor campaign performance daily and optimize for:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion Rates
- Lead Quality
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and ad copies.
- Analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements.
- Analytics & ReportingTrack campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to management and clients.
- Lead Generation & GrowthDrive lead generation campaigns across multiple industries.
- Identify new growth opportunities and customer acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with sales and client servicing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Team & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with creative, content, design, and web development teams for campaign execution.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and platform partners when required.
- Mentor junior digital marketing executives and performance specialists.
- Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM integrations.
- Understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
- Experience in budget management and campaign scaling.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
