Position: Debt Recovery Agent

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months

Eligibility:

• Candidates with DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification are preferred.
• Non-DRA candidates with relevant debt collection or recovery experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls and field visits (if required) to recover overdue payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding dues in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and recovery status.
• Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical recovery practices.
• Achieve assigned recovery targets within the specified timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and payment-related issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers to maximize collections.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and data entry).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related field.
• Both DRA-certified and Non-DRA candidates are eligible to apply.
