QA / QC Executive - Wzatco Projectors

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to ensure every serviced projector meets WZATCO's quality standards before dispatch. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform quality checks on projectors after repair to ensure all reported issues have been resolved.

* Conduct basic health checks, including display, focus, keystone, speakers, ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, remote, and overall functionality.

* Record a working demonstration video of the repaired projector and upload/share it with customers through the service ticket.

* Maintain quality inspection records and report recurring issues to the service team.

* Assist new customers with product demonstrations and basic setup guidance.

Requirements:

* Basic knowledge of electronics or consumer electronics.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

* Willingness to learn new technologies and thoroughly understand WZATCO projector features and user interface.

* Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
