Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the dealership.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
• Collaborate with management to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
