What You'll Do✅ Welcome children and their families with warmth and professionalism.

✅ Manage appointments, therapist schedules, and daily bookings.

✅ Coordinate with therapists and ensure smooth center operations.

✅ Handle client payments, maintain records, and prepare reports.

✅ Follow up with clients for feedback and build long-term relationships.

✅ Resolve client queries with empathy and ensure a delightful experience.

✅ Update client information in internal systems and maintain accurate documentation.

✅ Support the Center Manager with day-to-day administrative activities.

• We're Looking For Someone WhoHas excellent communication skills (English + local language preferred).
• Is confident in handling clients both in person and over phone.
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Is empathetic, patient, and passionate about delivering great service.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Front Desk, Customer Service, Reception, CRM, Administration, or Healthcare.
• Experience in hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, childcare, or education will be an added advantage.
