📞 Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan and EMI payments

💬 Explain outstanding dues and negotiate repayment plans professionally

📝 Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system

🤝 Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and resolution

🎯 Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets

💻 Coordinate with internal teams and maintain proper documentation

📋 Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines

🏦 Handle Bank & NBFC recovery cases with professionalism and customer focus

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 (As per Skill & Experience)

💸 Incentive: ₹99,999+ (Based on Performance)
