Location: Vadodara - Gujarat

Experience: 1–2 Years

Bigbasket, India’s leading online grocery platform and a proud part of the TATA Group, is looking for dynamic and process-driven professionals for the role of Store Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Shift Management

• Ensure smooth shift operations through effective team coordination and task execution.

✅ GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

• Maintain timely and accurate inward stock entries as per SOP.

• Coordinate with vendors and backend teams to resolve discrepancies.

✅ Store Audit & Inventory

• Support daily/weekly/monthly audits.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize shrinkage.

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance during stock movement.

✅ Process Adherence

• Follow SOPs for returns, damage reporting, and binning processes.

✅ Team Supervision

• Guide store staff, allocate responsibilities, and maintain productivity & discipline.

✅ Reporting & Excel

• Prepare store reports using MS Excel.

• Track inward/outward stock, damages, and audit observations.

🔹 Skills Required:

✔ Experience in store operations (Grocery / Retail / E-commerce preferred)

✔ Strong Excel knowledge – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas

✔ Understanding of GRN process and stock handling

✔ Exposure to store audits and inventory management

✔ Ability to work in rotational shifts

✔ Strong communication and coordination skills

✔ Process-oriented mindset
