About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the management team in daily operations, meetings, scheduling, project coordination, marketing follow-ups, and overall business execution.

The ideal candidate should be someone who can take ownership, follow up properly, manage multiple tasks, and help ensure that work moves smoothly across different departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders for the management team.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, brokers, consultants, team members, and external agencies.
  • Plan and organize meetings, prepare basic notes, and follow up on action points.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking timelines, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Support marketing activities, including campaign planning, content coordination, social media follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records, files, documents, contact lists, and important business information.
  • Help prepare basic reports, presentations, summaries, and trackers.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in day-to-day office and business operations.
  • Coordinate travel, site visits, client meetings, and other business appointments when required.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
