Job Description

​💼 WORK PROFILE (Kaam Kya Rahega):

  • ​🛒 In-Store Promotions: Delhi ke mashhoor stationery stores par brand ki visibility badhana.
  • ​🎙️ Product Demonstration: Customers ko product ke features aur uske fayde (USPs) achhe se samjhana.
  • ​💰 Sales & Discount: Customers ko 10% discount offer karte hue product direct sell karna.
  • ​📄 Leaflet Distribution: Store ke aas-pass flyers aur leaflets distribute karna.
  • ​📝 Feedback & Inquiries: Customers ke sawalon ke jawab dena aur unse feedback form bharwana.

​🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (Kaun Apply Kar Sakta Hai):

  • ​🔞 Age: 18 to 30 Years (Male & Female dono ke liye open hai)
  • ​🏫 Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Intermediate) / Graduate
  • ​💼 Experience: FMCG, retail counter, ya writing instruments (pens/stationery) sales mein minimum 1 saal ka experience zaroori hai.
  • ​🗣️ Soft Skills: Flawless communication, pleasing voice, aur customer ko convince karne ki achhi salesmanship.

​⏰ WORK TIMINGS & SCHEDULE:

  • ​📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (Hafte mein 5 din) | Total 22 Days Working in a month.
  • ​⏱️ Shift Timings: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Sirf 4 ghante rozana - Half Day Work)
