Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Bakeyy, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, consistent, and conversion-focused designs across digital and print platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, e-commerce, product, and packaging teams to develop creatives that match the brand identity and business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, product presentation, and current design trends.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate social media posts, Instagram stories, reels covers, carousels, and promotional creatives.
• Design website banners, collection banners, landing-page graphics, and campaign visuals.
• Create creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Design product launch creatives, sale banners, offer posters, and festive campaigns.
• Create packaging designs for boxes, bags, labels, pouches, sleeves, and other packaging products.
• Work with packaging dielines and prepare print-ready artwork.
• Create realistic product mockups and packaging presentations.
• Edit and enhance product photographs for website and marketing use.
• Remove backgrounds, correct colours, resize images, and maintain consistent product presentation.
• Create product catalogues, brochures, flyers, price lists, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and overall visual identity.
• Develop creative concepts based on marketing briefs and campaign requirements.
• Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and dimensions.
• Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, and production teams when required.
• Review designs carefully before final submission or printing.
• Organise design files, assets, fonts, templates, and editable source files.
• Complete assigned designs within deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated with current design, e-commerce, social media, and packaging trends.
• Support the marketing team with quick design requirements during campaigns and sale periods.

Software Knowledge RequiredThe candidate should be comfortable using:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva
• Figma

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Blender or other 3D software
• Packaging mockup software
• AI-based design and image-generation tools
• Skills and Qualifications1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, digital marketing design, e-commerce, or packaging design.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
• Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout.
• Ability to create both digital and print designs.
• Experience working with packaging dielines and print-ready files is preferred.
• Good understanding of CMYK, RGB, bleed, margins, safe areas, and print resolution.
• Ability to create clean, premium, and product-focused designs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective designs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and advertising formats.
• Experience in e-commerce, food, baking, packaging, FMCG, or retail brands will be an advantage.
• Photography, videography, or video-editing skills will be an added advantage.
