Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all interior fit-out works, including civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC finishing.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
  • Inspect workmanship and materials to maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Track project schedules and report daily/weekly progress.
  • Verify material deliveries and maintain inventory records.
  • Conduct site measurements and prepare work progress reports.
  • Support project handover by ensuring completion of snag lists and final inspections.
  • QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
  • Knowledge of interior materials, finishing works, and construction methods.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
